www.egac.co.uk: East Grinstead & District Athletic Club was formed in 1978. We are a friendly club where we all know each other - whether we sprint, throw a discus, jump as high or as long as we can, run on roads or cross-country. A number of our members have won Sussex Championships and over 100 athletes have represented Sussex in inter-county fixtures.

www.egtri.com: East Grinstead Tri Club is one of the oldest established triathlon clubs in the country, and has been in existence since 1984. We are a friendly club with a wide variety of abilities and ages. Our club membership ranges from 18 years to 60+ years and is a good balance of male & female members. We have club coaches in all 3 disciplines.
